How It Works

A process built for a big decision

Buying a franchise is one of the largest financial and personal decisions you will make. The process should match the weight of that.

01

Discover

Week 1 to 2

We have a real conversation. Not a form, not a qualification call. A genuine conversation about your goals, your life, your financial situation, and what you want ownership to look like for you.

What you get

  • A clear picture of your ideal owner profile
  • An honest view of how much capital you want at risk
  • A sense of your lifestyle preferences (management vs hands-on, B2B vs consumer, and so on)
  • Any deal-breakers identified upfront

02

Match

Week 2 to 4

Based on what I learn about you, I research the market and build a shortlist. Not a generic list of popular brands. A curated set of opportunities matched to your specific profile. I explain the rationale behind every brand I present.

What you get

  • A shortlist of 3 to 6 franchise brands matched to your goals
  • A written rationale for each brand
  • Initial FDD summaries so you know what you are walking into
  • Direct introductions to brand development contacts

03

Vet

Week 4 to 10

This is where most buyers get lost. I guide you through the franchise disclosure document, connect you with current franchisees for validation calls, and help you build a realistic model of what the business economics look like.

What you get

  • FDD review guidance and key items to pay attention to
  • Validation call framework and questions to ask current owners
  • Unit economics model with realistic assumptions
  • Territory analysis for your target market

04

Launch

Week 10 and beyond

When you are ready to move forward, I help you prepare for the final steps. That includes review by a franchise attorney, any final negotiations, and handoff to the franchisor's onboarding team. You do not go into signing day alone.

What you get

  • Referrals to franchise-experienced attorneys and lenders
  • Preparation for Discovery Day with the franchisor
  • Review of your franchise agreement before signing
  • Handoff to your franchisor's onboarding team with context

There is no cost to you for any of this

My fee is paid by the franchise brand if and when you sign. That means every hour of this process is free to you, and I only get paid when I find you a genuine match.
